PACKAGING: The full-sized greeting cards come in a thick, semi-transparent PP button envelope to protect the card and paper envelope. Flat jewelry is packaged in a velveteen bag lined with satin. Jewelry is also placed in a plastic bag to prevent oxidation and tarnishing. Rigid items are packed in a separate button bag with the envelope, often within a box or larger velvet bag. ABOUT SMILING WISDOM: During a cancer scare, I felt it was important to write letters to my children in case I didn't survive. I couldn't accomplish this task at the time, as saying goodbye felt like giving in to cancer and giving up hope. Later, I became a life coach with a specialty in end-of-life coaching. After working with clients to write love letters to their families, I learned they had the same difficulty with finding the right words that I did.

With deep reflection and a love for writing and design, I finally wrote my own letters to friends and family. Many of these letters are now Smiling Wisdom greeting cards. This prompted an epiphany - we should share how we feel about others now, while we are alive, not just as words to leave behind. So, I created a line of greeting card gift sets to share with others, both now and after we are gone.

My inspiration comes from those who have positively impacted my life, both in small and big ways. I write in honor of friends and family who have passed, using a wide palette of colors, textures, favorite animals, and words that make me happy.
